A Light and Quick Breakfast
For a light and quick breakfast, make yourself a smoothie in the blender. Milk bases are always favorable, nutritious, and flavorful. For a thicker consistency, try using Kefir milk, which is like yogurt. I recommend getting the plain flavor and adding your flavor of choice with fresh fruit. Frozen blueberries or bananas give it a nice icy texture to it. You can also add strawberries if you'd like. For a healthier boost, you can also add some flaxseed.
