Encourage Brainstorming
Sometimes we're overwhelmed by great ideas unpredictably, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't designate time out of your day to focus on exclusive brainstorming. We need inspiration, but we also need to be in a state of mind that's receptive and open to ideas. We have to slow down and take the time to formulate our thoughts. Experts reveal that walking at least thirty minutes every day stimulates cognitive thoughts because it activates both the left and right brain hemispheres that aren't normally engaged when we're sitting still. So I highly recommend taking a walk. This walk is supposed to be freeing and calming, so walk at a steady speed. Always try to walk at the same pace and preferably the same time everyday. This way your body will learn that this is the time to stimulate thought. Then return home to a space designated to brainstorming with all of the necessary supplies, free of clutter.
