Breaking in Hiking Boots
It's important to break in your hiking boots before using them. They're stiff and painful just to walk on. Hiking in them can be a recrudesce nightmare. To prevent this experience from occurring, position your boots so only the toe area is on the ground and the back area of the boots are standing upwards. Place your foot on the back of your boots and use your body weight to bend the heel of the boot over the toe. Repeat this process on both sides multiple times until they feel comfortable. Be sure to walk around in them sufficiently before a hiking trip.
