Walk and Talk or Walk and Listen

If you aren't looking for a rigorous workout routine and just want some basic exercise, walking is a free and easy solution. It's a gentle cardio that can be combined with strength training, if you'd like, by carrying dumbbells. Unlike running or circuit training, walking doesn't require as much self-motivation. To make sure you walk, consider finding a friend you can talk to regularly. It's a great way to keep in touch with friends. If you don't have a buddy in mind, consider listening to your favorite radio show or news radio.
