Turn a Smoothie into a Protein Shake

A yummy, healthy fruit smoothie can easily be turned into a protein shake by cracking a raw egg into it. Blended well, you won't even taste the flavor of the egg.

Always Have Hamburger on Stash

Mix in ground beef with hamburger seasoning mix. Make a round ball and place it between wax paper. Use a salad plate to flatten it out into a burger shape. Individually wrap them to protect them from freezer burn. You can store them in the freezer for up to three months. Pop it out for a quick meal.

A Citrus Bath Experience

For a rejuvenating experience and/or for anyone who has oily skin, add a couple slices of oranges or lemons into your bath water. It smells nice, has a mild exfoliating effect, and is perfect for warmer weather.
