Relieve Blisters
Rinse blister in warm soapy water and pat dry thoroughly. Crush uncoated aspirin with a little water and apply onto affected area. This will speed the healing process.
A Simple Relaxing Bath
You can pour a little milk and epsom salt into the bath water and light some scented or unscented candles, whatever you prefer. Play some soft music or read an interesting book. Just soak in the warm bath and relax.

Ripened Banana Dessert
My mom used to wait until bananas completely ripened. Then she'd heat it in microwave drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream.
Cheaper Custom Made Jeans
Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for custom made jeans, try picking up a basic pair at Target. I'm particularly petite, so I've never been able to find pants that fit me perfectly. I buy a pair that's a little loose and have them altered by my local dry cleaner's seamstress. The jeans are less than $20 and the alteration goes for about $40.

Make Your Own Sports Drink
There are three types. Select the ones that best suits your fitness level.
Isotonic - For the average athlete, mix 200 mL of frozen orange juice concentrate with one liter of water and a pinch of salt.
Hypotonic - For athlete with low perspiration levels such as jockeys and gymnasts, follow the same recipe but only use 100 mL of concentrate.
Hypertonic - For athletes such as long-distance runners who require extra carbohydrates and electrolytes should follow the same recipe but increase the orange juice concentrate to 400 mL.
